Wordigma (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use the Wordigma website and game.
1. Information we collect
A) Authentication information
- Anonymous play: If you play without signing in, Firebase creates an anonymous account with a unique user ID (UID).
- Google sign-in: If you choose to sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication may provide us with your UID and basic profile information (such as display name and email), depending on what Google returns and what your device/account settings allow.
We do not collect or store your password.
B) Gameplay and statistics
To run the game and sync your stats, we store gameplay-related information such as:
- Puzzle completion status
- Swaps used
- Completion time (measured from your first move until win/loss)
- Puzzle size played (3×3, 4×4, 5×5)
- Leaderboard entries (display name and score metrics) if you submit a score
C) Advertising and Google AdSense
Wordigma uses Google AdSense to display advertisements.
Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to:
- Deliver ads
- Personalize advertising (where permitted)
- Measure ad performance
- Limit how often you see the same advertisement
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

D) Technical data
Firebase and ad partners may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser/device details, and diagnostic logs to provide, secure, and measure their services.

- Operate the game and load daily puzzles
- Save and sync your progress and statistics
- Enable sign-in features
- Display and maintain the leaderboard (if you submit a score)
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
- Serve and measure advertisements

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with:
- Google Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database) to run the app
- Google AdSense and advertising partners to serve, personalize (where permitted), and measure advertisements

If you are located in the EEA/UK, we process data under these bases:
- Performance of a contract / providing the service: running Wordigma features you request (saving stats, syncing)
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing, and improving Wordigma

5. Leaderboard visibility
If you submit a leaderboard entry, your display name and score metrics may be visible to other users. Please avoid using sensitive personal information in your display name.
We may remove entries/usernames that are abusive, offensive, or suspected of cheating.
6. Data retention
We keep your game data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion. Anonymous accounts may persist unless you clear site data or request deletion.
7. Your choices
Where required by law (such as in the EEA/UK), Wordigma implements Google's Consent Mode to respect user choices regarding advertising and analytics storage.
